The Promenade starts up on the old viaduct on the Avenue Daumesnil. Under the vaulted arches, you will find stylish shops, galleries, and workshops: the ‘Viaduc des Arts.’ From here, you have a wonderful view on the 19th century apartments, the zinc roofs, the characteristic facades, the wrought iron balcony railings, and courtyards. Moreover, you look down on the bustle of the Avenue and surrounding streets.
